230KG back squat max at 69KG. This guy has weak legs but an epic technique so Coach allows him to max out occasionally. However occasionally is once every 2-3 months so that's actually quite frequent compared to the rest of the crew. That way they can figure out what the correction is next
For him, he'll be stuck doing loads of right glute medius, adductor work, and left quad and hamstring assistance work

When we assist, we're paying attention to an INCREASE in DESCEND speed or - DECREASE in ASCEND speed. Catch the bar while the momentum is still there or after a while they won't ask you to assist anymore
This is a great way to see if your training partners actually even like you. If they wait till you fail before pulling you up, maybe don't trust them with a knife around you
